Maybe we should and can agree that it bears repeating as many times as we can about the idea, that “If you see a funny picture post it on your blog…you can get a lot of links very quickly”. Note from me (Jack) about the idea from Mr. Cutts – if you are worried about copyright infringement, probably just post the funny picture anyhow and get the links, because they come so much faster than some DMCA notice you might sometimes get, so if you have to take down the funny picture it’s OK because now you already got the links anyhow.

Google Webmaster Guidelines About Funny Pictures

Now what I can do for us is to find out from Mr. Cutts what the funny picture should be and whether if it can be too funny for it to count for good quality content in the Google search box results. Also, I don’t know which ones Mr. Cutts will think are funny and whether or not the algorithm will say some of the links from other people aren’t funny enough to be real links to the funny picture that I or maybe it could be you that we put on our website or our blog, too.

Is More Than One Funny Picture OK To Do?

Probably most of you already thought up about the idea of putting a bunch of funny pictures on the blog to see if you can get more links that way, because so far we don’t know which ones are the good quality funny pictures that makes the links that Google loves. I don’t know about it yet though, because maybe it will be getting penalized for some sort of funny-picture stuffing that makes everything backfire on us and then we are back to square one again. And also, we don’t know which funny picture is getting which links.

Funny Picture Link Acquisition Test Model Theory From Me

I was thinking first that maybe we could find out about which are the best funny pictures by doing some sort of testing about them. So maybe what we can do is divide the funny pictures into different pages with some sort of – and then do the process of elimination idea like Jerry West SEO does with his test domains for figuring out which are the funny pictures with the good high-humor links and which ones are not good for the Google search engine. I like the Jerry West type humor-link analysis planning because then I can make sure I don’t get one of the penalties we get for having too many of the same funny picture all across the same website domain.

But it made me want to find out more about the Jack Handy person who’s not living on my street right now. And what I found out is something disturbing about something he made called “Deep Thoughts” which probably I should go ahead and tell you about so you don’t fall for his ideas and can go to the source instead.

I found out that Mr. Handy stole the ideas from a man named Luke who put something that looks too much like the Deep Thoughts ideas when he wrote down this one:

“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?  How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye…”

At first I thought it must be one of the ones from Deep Thoughts, By Jack Handy because it made me think of too many of the Deep Thoughts books I found out about in the bookstore and library.

But I couldn’t find it in any of those books, so I wanted to warn people about it and maybe notify Deputy Attorney General of The United States Eric Holder to see if many of the other Deep Thoughts items need to be reviewed and probably confiscated before too much damage is done.

It was a bad move for the defendants I think and when they listen to my video about the case, they probably will hear my musical hints about how they messed up their chance to win the case so much faster and stop the people from flooding up YouTube with Peter And The Wolf Songs. Probably they thought about that they can’t combine their amicus-briefing with the slam-dunk case-winning music to solve their case fast and make Mr. Golan have to learn new music, but now they can know about how wrong they were:

In Oral arguments  there was a bunch of mumbo-jumbo about Copyright law, international treaties, and public domain, orphans, and Jimi Hendrix, which at first made some sense to me, but eventually I was able to get completely confused about whatever everybody was talking about and found out that watching the amicus-brief people on YouTube wasn’t helping either.

Also, I was able to figure out from reading things about Copyright, The #1 Amendment, International Law, and anything I could try to stumble onto over the internet about Copying things that figuring out about Copyright is too hard for me, so I better just make new things and also tell everyone else to do it too or maybe to ask Justice Ginsburg before they make something from something else or maybe from things they think are OK to use for making things.

So many people were too worried about SOPA/PIPA and “what’s next“, but if we all just go onto make new things and never try to share them or make other people see them, feel, or hear them, then we can all be OK and save the internet and prosper onto forever.
